shopping at Gingersnap

Today after the art class, we headed down to Raffles City for lunch.
Followed by shopping at my favourite children's store- GingerSnap.
This shop has lots of vintage and cute children's wear.
I just can't resist going in to the shop, touch, feel and buying it.

this dress that MM is wearing is just one of my favourite summer place.
Did you spot the necklace, there are so bright and colourful. Shapes of
apples and duck.cute cute cute.

And look at how MM posed for the camera. She is so lovely.

This is pic of WW is so sweet. I asked her to pose and she gave me

this look. Look at the t-shirt that WW is wearing? The girl with the watermelon.

Lastly we hang out at the 'toy section' look at the both of them,

having fun at teh 'fun house'. did you notice WW? That look..

ha ha aha it is so funny. We wrap up our day with dinner

at 313 sommerset.

every weekend is so busy.

Every weekend is always fun for MM and her cousins.
the parent and aunties always come up with activities to
make it a happy, unforgettable and enjoyable one.

Just like the pic you seen below the fun they had in the month of April and May.

One sunny late Sunday afternoon, we brought them to the beach
for sand playing followed by dinner. MM and WW loves to play with the sand.
I thought they would make sand castle but it turned out that they
enjoyed taking the water and pour it over the sand. That is
the kind of fun.



In April, it was grandpa's birthday.
We went for lunch at one of the chinese restauarnts in Clarke Quay.
Food was not as good as before but the gathering was fun.
Look at how happy MM is taking a pic with grandma.
We later head down to Sentosa and took a look at the new
IR. The casino and Universal Studio are great but the
weather is just too hot so we stayed in the air conditioner area.



Back home finally and the cake cutting ceremony.
Only MM the only one posing for the pic while the rest
were interested in blowing the candles.



This photo taken in on 1May.
WW woke up at 7am and we decided to bring them to
Macdonald for breakfast cum with playground.
This is one of MM favourite - harsh brown which is not
a common snack we give MM. She loves to eat this
crispy potatoes which MMM deem unhealthy.

friday night 23April, my 3 darling nieces were excited with the new arrival of a mattress.

they treated it as a balance bar, walking and standing on it.

I quickly took the camera and took some funny pic of them.

Very funny and lively girls in actions.

Fun day at the beach

last weekend, MM and WW went to East Coast Park. It was pretty cooling in the afternoon.

MM's family cycle and enjoying the weekend later followed by some sand playing.

The children were having fun playing with the water and sand.

Running up and down getting the sea water.

they are so concentrated playing with the sand and did not realised that it

was time for dinner.

We may have to some again next time.

at the gym

This little handsome boy is my friend's son.
It was a good meeting session while she is back in Singapore for the new year.
This may not be S first time for gym but guess he had fun with all the girls around him.

all 4 nieces and nephew met him up at the gym.
Everyone are so excited so they just ignored each other trying to dash in to play.

As for S, he was a very polite and well mannered boy.
He waited for his mum's instruction before heading on.
He may be naughty at times but still overall he was a very good boy
as compared to my nieces.

another wedding....

MM was invited to aunty Winnie's wedding.
Look at her, she was concentrating on her drawing sending well wishes to her.




Here a pic of her with the bride and her 2 cousins.
the wedding was held at four season, as usual WW loves to go on stage and admiring
the cakes and flowers. Unfortunately a little mishap happen, she fell from the stage
and had some injuries on her leg and arms. Sadly we have to go home soon to attend to her wounds. Don't worry she is fine but a little cute conversation between grandma and WW.

Birthday party

Today MM attended an ex-class mate birthday party.
It was definitely fun and enjoyable.
Initially MM was very shy because there are too many people which she is uncomfortable with.
It was only in the later session she started to warm up and participate in those games
with friends.

The most interesting session should be the birthday cake blowing session.
It was a Princess cakes surrounded with many cute cupcakes each tag with a
name with a ring.

Just when it is almost over, the ex-classmates gather around and started playing.
Laughter and laughter filled the whole room and we were pre-warned by the
security to return to the club house.

it was really an great day for MM and sister WW.

The zoo

I am so bad in organising the pic in the blog.

The children went to the zoo last month.

As usual they are looking forward to the pool rather than viewing the animals.

Probably this is not the first time to the zoo so they are not excited about it.

Nothing much to share except photos of their happy faces.

MM's sisters

I simply love these pics taken. Look how these children has grown up.

Not sure where MM is but it was a very precious pic to have the 3 of them together.

can't remember what is the occassion and what is going on.

All i could remember is Ah gong was about to leave the house or going up the stairs and

he stop to take pic with these 2 lovely girls.

New Year Party

That's a little party that was organised by MM's friend.

It was supposed to be a last reunion for Carpe Diem's friends.

However the turnout was pretty bad. Only 6 out of the 13.

So anyway MM had fun in the pool and the games.

There will be another party coming soon on 6Feb. This is a

Princess Theme party so MM will dress up as Ariel for the event.

As for MM's school update. She is doing well.

At least she tried not to cry when going to school.

She has learnt to accept the new place, teacher and friends.

She also began to start eating lunch and snack. Initially she refuse eating

telling us that the food taste terrible. now MM told us the food is good.

As for her learning progress, she is now able to read the time,

draw lovely pictures and able to read and write.

Happy 2010

Hi Happy New Year everyone!!!
MM started her first day with a New Year party at her friend's house.
The last time to say hello and goodbye to her dear friend she had fun in her previous pre-school.
She is going to the new school today.
A brand new place, new teacher, new friends.
Hope everything will be good and fun.

Atomu

this is a long awaited post.

MM with the astro boy in Liang Court.

After her normal sat classes, we were thinking hard

where to bring the children to.

So last minute we decided to go to Liang Court for the 'meet n greet' with Atomu.

MM was nervous but after the second shoot she was brave and started to pose.

another wedding

Look how pretty and radiance this princess is.
She is so photogenic and pretty.
Just last Sat Dec 26, MM was invited to uncle Francis's wedding.

She was so excited to see the bride.
After her long persistence and asking we finally manage to
take a pic with aunty Fern at the end of the dinner.

MM with Barbie

MM and WW was at Raffles City and happen to catch up with the meet and greet session with barbie. Both wanted was just a piece of 'barbie' sticker.
Surprisingly they are not very scared to sit next to 'barbie'
Look at WW's face. The sign of victory, hooray i got the sticker.
Other than taking pic, during the weekend both MM and WW with cousin
K and K had great fun at the pool. Pics will come soon I hope.

MM and K

MM's cousin baby K is really a very cute and adorable baby. Look at this video and you will know what I mean.

MM in Chengdu

This is MM 5th oversea trip.
Let's recap:

13months she went to Sydney
17months she went to Tokyo
3 years old- went to Osaka
3 years old - went to Hong Kong
4 years old- went to Chengdu

Wow what an amazing adventure.
I am very terrible at organising pic in the blog so
tons of pics are uploaded. enjoy viewing.


Min can't get used to eating spicy food, lucky we brought some korean seaweed
so she eat it with rice.

The main trip to Chengdu is to look at the panda. However when we reached around 11am,

the panda had fallen asleeep and will only wake up around 2pm. We thought we will not get to

see the chance to see them in action. Lucky enough we manage to see some baby and the young

one in action. they are so cute. the one in the pic is sleeping.

Min is so tired walking in this big place so we request Win to move a little so that Min

can sit in and we can push the both of them. phew otherwise we have to take turn to

carry them.

we bought this for MM, she enjoys carrying it around and looking it.

A little hen made by sugar. It cost RMB20. It is so cute.
