A sticky event

Our usual event to bring the 2 little 2 years old out for their classes at Toa Payoh.

This time MM tag along with grandpa.

On our way, MM picked up some sticky blue thing which is the blue tag.

she placed it on her cheek to show that she is crying and we asked her to stop playing wit hit.

and the last things we know is the blue tag stick on her hair.

She tried taking it out but it got worst.

In the end grandpa has to use wet hanky and gently pull out each strand of her hair to

clean off the blue tag.

Not an easy task, lucky we have a patience grandpa sitting for 10min to get it fixed.

Today we went to the hospital to visit our new member baby K.

everyone are so excited to see him.

Unfortunately only 2 visitors are allowed and the worst part is

the mother of baby K is still in the delivery ward.

After waiting around an hour or so, MM with mum and sister had

to move on to somewhere else.

Little Korean MM

Yesterday 12June, after shower MM's mum was looking for her pyjamas.

Instead MM digged a korean costume received from MMM's friend.

She is so happy wearing it and wanted me to take some pic of her.

Monstor Vs Alien

Monday -8th June.

baby K mum wanted to watch the movie-Monstor Vs Alien so we decide to bring MM along after her school.

Again disaster. She is not interested and wanted to go home.

But we managed to get her to stay all the way till the movie end.

Unfortunately this doesn't apply to baby K.

Probably she find it too boring as she don't really understand.

halfway through, baby K and her dad left the cinema.

When the movie is over, baby K mum wanted to have dinner outside.

She called MM mum and asked her to come down to join us .

so MMM came and brought along baby M.

ha ha.....baby M sat in the front seat and was well behaved.

That day we had Hong Kong food, noodles and baked rice.

Later we took a stroll at cold storage for ice cream and window shopping.

that end the boring Monday.

Madagascar

7th June we brought the children to Jurong Point for a performance-Madagascar.

We missed the meet and greet session at 4pm so we decided to go for the 7pm

show.

It lasted for 25minutes. Firstly we started to queeue for 20min before the show started,

15min before the show the staff has started to let the children entered the

viewing area.

At 7pm the show begins however the Elmo show is a much better performance.

The dancing and singing are lively and bright as compared to Madagascar.

Probably the character is too 'big' that it kinda frighten the children.

The songs are not as cute as those elmo sing.

However good that the children still enjoy the show.

a day at the gym

Thurday evening 4th June we brought the children to Orchid Country club for an hour of gym

There are so happy and excited about it.

Pictures say a thousand word so well enjoying viewing.

Birthday Party

M&M was invited to a birthday Party at Macdonald.

She is very excited about it as there are french fries and ice cream.

It started at 3pm and we reached around 3.20pm.

Upon reaching surprisingly M was really shy when meeting up the birthday girl andrefuse to sit next to her.

She was scared and wanted to join us so in the end she was not seated at the party area.

There are games and prized and of couse the finale birthday cake.

It was still a fun event as M was enjoying the sleeping beauty cake unfortunately it is a mango not chocolate cake. However this does not deter her from not eating it. She loves the cream and finish everything.

The day was ended with her happily carrying her Macdonald balloon and prizes she won from the games.

Doh doh

MM loves doh doh. I started buying some for her to play when she is around 2. Now it is her baby sister and cousin K who are interested in playing it. Recently she join in with her baby sister and make a rabbit and some heart shapes. MM started to place them orderly on the tray and later she will tell me what other shapes she needs to fill up her tray. When it is done, she will pretend to bake it in the oven. This is so fun!

a day at Jacob ballas

It was a bright and sunny afternoon-5/23/09.

After the buffet lunch at Peuony Jade we heaeded to the park.

It was an interesting place with interesting and colourful stuff for

children to play.

Look at how happy the 3 of them are.

We had Ben and Jerry for ice cream after a hot day in the park.

Guess M and the rest do have a great time.

fun time at the pool

In Mid May, MM mother bring M & W to the pool.

Normally M will go for the shallow pool doing nothing but kicking

or walking on the pool.

It took a lot of effort to assure her that the slide is fun too.

When she finally realised it, the next thing you can see her

sliding down so many times with bright radiant smile on her face.

Good night

Usual bed time for MM is around 9pm.
However at times it is 10 or 11. It really depends.
Depend what time her mother is back home.
Depend she eat too much during her supper.
Depend whether she is still hungry for milk.
Various reasons do make a little difference.
But one thing for sure she still stop by at this staircase and say good night to me.

Min Min wishes grandpa 62 birthday.....

It is grandpa birthday on 25April- Sat. Min and the rest went for lunch at Shangrila Hotel for a buffet and follow by a birthday cake singing session at home.

my hair.....

13 April Win Win went to pull min's hair. A few strands came out. Min cried out loud then the funniest part is when min went to take back the hair and placed it on top of her head

I heart

I heart some nice clothing for MM and WW and Kate.
MM is wearing 120cm WW and KL is 95.
wow how fast they had grown.
shall get them some cute clothings and blog when i can make it.

I wish....

I wish MM will be in Japan.
There are so many things that she will like.
Things that she likes to eat.
Lot of places she will like to go and visit.
She definitely look good on the photos with those lovely background.
i wish........

I Miss you

Today MM discovered that her aunty Carol is not around. After 6 six days she finally sense something is wrong. MM asked where is aunty Carol, so today the family member called me.
She talked to me. This is what she said: aunty I am a good girl, I did not cry in school. Where are you now?Please buy me Princess Cake in Japan. I will be a good girl. Yes princess cake please.
She sound like an adult, oh so cute.

Ms Vain

Min Min is turing 4 years old this year.

One day she came back home and rush over to the mirror.

She started making faces and licking at the mirror.

When I called for her, she turned and I took the pic.

I want to play

Pic taken in Giants- Tampines branch. It was a Sunday evening, we were at Ikea to buy some
furnitures and later headed down to Giant for grocery. Min wanted to play with the ball found on the toy section, as grandpa was in a hurry to go back home for class so we told her that she can't play nor buy the ball. She looked pretty upset but was rewarded with some chocolate on the way back home.

It's March

Wow we are coming to the end of March.
What have Min Min done for this month?
Today she has attended a trial lesson at Little Neuro.
Thought that she would like it surprising she said it was a boring lesson because
there is no GAMES/ACTIVITIES.

The school has also organised an outing on 27 March.
She had went to watch" The Bear and Chicken went Camping"
Not much review from her. So i am not sure whether it is really a good show.

On 31March, one of Min's teacher is leaving, it is replaced by a chinese teacher by
the name of Miss How.
It seem like Min has a liking for this teacher.
Ms How knows Min very well such as holding her hand and paying attention
to her needs every now and then.
This might be something Min is looking out for.

We hope that as times goes by, she will not cry as much as she used to.

One more things, the teacher has informed us that she seldom takes her lunch.
When she came home around 5.30pm she will pester grandma to cook noodles
for her. As this has been going for quite some time so we are concern of her
health.

In terms of conversation, I find that she has improved a lot.
she likes to add a lot of adjactive into her sentences, such as delicious bread,
naughty Win Win, ....blah blah blah....can't remember much.

During one of our conversations, I told her that I will be out of town for some time.
She asked me where I am going so I said 'Japan'. Her reply: Oh Japan, I have not
been there for a long time, I want to go too."
To me at times, she does talk like an adult.

Shall see how she develops in the coming months.
