fun time at the pool

In Mid May, MM mother bring M & W to the pool.

Normally M will go for the shallow pool doing nothing but kicking

or walking on the pool.

It took a lot of effort to assure her that the slide is fun too.

When she finally realised it, the next thing you can see her

sliding down so many times with bright radiant smile on her face.

Good night

Usual bed time for MM is around 9pm.
However at times it is 10 or 11. It really depends.
Depend what time her mother is back home.
Depend she eat too much during her supper.
Depend whether she is still hungry for milk.
Various reasons do make a little difference.
But one thing for sure she still stop by at this staircase and say good night to me.

Min Min wishes grandpa 62 birthday.....

It is grandpa birthday on 25April- Sat. Min and the rest went for lunch at Shangrila Hotel for a buffet and follow by a birthday cake singing session at home.

my hair.....

13 April Win Win went to pull min's hair. A few strands came out. Min cried out loud then the funniest part is when min went to take back the hair and placed it on top of her head

I heart

I heart some nice clothing for MM and WW and Kate.
MM is wearing 120cm WW and KL is 95.
wow how fast they had grown.
shall get them some cute clothings and blog when i can make it.

I wish....

I wish MM will be in Japan.
There are so many things that she will like.
Things that she likes to eat.
Lot of places she will like to go and visit.
She definitely look good on the photos with those lovely background.
i wish........

I Miss you

Today MM discovered that her aunty Carol is not around. After 6 six days she finally sense something is wrong. MM asked where is aunty Carol, so today the family member called me.
She talked to me. This is what she said: aunty I am a good girl, I did not cry in school. Where are you now?Please buy me Princess Cake in Japan. I will be a good girl. Yes princess cake please.
She sound like an adult, oh so cute.

Ms Vain

Min Min is turing 4 years old this year.

One day she came back home and rush over to the mirror.

She started making faces and licking at the mirror.

When I called for her, she turned and I took the pic.

I want to play

Pic taken in Giants- Tampines branch. It was a Sunday evening, we were at Ikea to buy some
furnitures and later headed down to Giant for grocery. Min wanted to play with the ball found on the toy section, as grandpa was in a hurry to go back home for class so we told her that she can't play nor buy the ball. She looked pretty upset but was rewarded with some chocolate on the way back home.

It's March

Wow we are coming to the end of March.
What have Min Min done for this month?
Today she has attended a trial lesson at Little Neuro.
Thought that she would like it surprising she said it was a boring lesson because
there is no GAMES/ACTIVITIES.

The school has also organised an outing on 27 March.
She had went to watch" The Bear and Chicken went Camping"
Not much review from her. So i am not sure whether it is really a good show.

On 31March, one of Min's teacher is leaving, it is replaced by a chinese teacher by
the name of Miss How.
It seem like Min has a liking for this teacher.
Ms How knows Min very well such as holding her hand and paying attention
to her needs every now and then.
This might be something Min is looking out for.

We hope that as times goes by, she will not cry as much as she used to.

One more things, the teacher has informed us that she seldom takes her lunch.
When she came home around 5.30pm she will pester grandma to cook noodles
for her. As this has been going for quite some time so we are concern of her
health.

In terms of conversation, I find that she has improved a lot.
she likes to add a lot of adjactive into her sentences, such as delicious bread,
naughty Win Win, ....blah blah blah....can't remember much.

During one of our conversations, I told her that I will be out of town for some time.
She asked me where I am going so I said 'Japan'. Her reply: Oh Japan, I have not
been there for a long time, I want to go too."
To me at times, she does talk like an adult.

Shall see how she develops in the coming months.

Min loves to play

She has started to behave a little different.

Recently we find her pretty rude when people talk to her.
Min will ignore them and do her own things.

She also refused to apologize even she is wrong.

Reasons for refusing to say sorry are : The person is not pretty, The person did not hug me.

Sometimes it is so frustrating and no idea how we can correct it.

Still she is a little darling in our family.

Princess has grown up

29Jan- Min is going out to have lunch with her family. Her mum decided to let her wear this 'Princess dress'. She looked so sweet with her long hair. Sadly grandma thinks she will look better if her hair is tie u p. so this is how she look like.

Taken during the Chinese New Year with aunty Cheryl. It was on the first day of house visit.

Our very last stop is aunty Mabel's house. Min was there playing with the bird and dog.

CNY update

Min insist to cheer with her wine glass instead instead of a normal cup.

As you can see, this is our annual chinese new year reunion dinner where everyone

gather together and have steamboat and some other small dishes.

This pic is taken at one of the aunty place. Min is happily playing with her cousins.

They like her so much because she is dressed as Ariel the princess so everyone kept

calling her Ariel Ariel.

This is Min and Win together. It is so cute as Win were trying to act like her sister.

A pic taken before we started our visiting. It was really tough to take this pic as they had grown a year older so Kate and Win are trying to move around. Min refused to take the pic without her mum in it. It seem so long.

Happy New Year

Based on the chinese calendar, tomorrow Jan 26 marks the first day of the year 2009.

We had our reunion dinner on 24 Sat. Here is Min after the meal having a great time

with everyone.

Min graduated from Nursery 1

Time flies. Min has graduated from nursery 1. See how much she has changed.

A little taller and 'vain' ha ha.

These photos cost SGD50 I think.

It is so expensive but well for keepsake memory it is worth it i guess.

She is very sweet too.

I tried to download Min graduation performance unfortunately it is way too long

and it got hung everytime i download.

This year Min is at N2 and she is now in a full day school which means class start from 8am to 5pm instead of 8am to 1pm.

Sadly she seem reluntant to go to school as she keep crying everyday when she is about to leave the home all the way to the school.

However when she is at school, she would be fine and happily playing with her friend.

whatever it is .....hope Min will stay happy always.

Disney adventure in Hong Kong

Min always wants to be a princess. She called herself Cinderella.
We tried very hard to find Cindrella in HK Disney but the staff told me that
she has gone for the day. That is so sad. The alternative is to take a pic with Snow White.
As usual she is so nervous. Nothing came out from her mouth and I have to talk on her behalf.
Such as: Please do not eat the red apple, it is poison. Where is the seven drawfs?.....
This is the only character pic that we took on that day. sigh...it could be better...

Min sings birthday song to ah ma.

Min loves to eat cake. On 29 Dec 08, it was grandma birthday. She was so excited and wanted to sing a birthday song to grandma so she can start eating the cake. look at the video and see how happy she is.

For the past 1 year, we realised that Min has grown bigger and taller.
In addition, chubbier and fatter.
I had given her a nick name for the time being as Fat min min.
She told me that she is not fat but has grown bigger.

My naughty little sister

Min Min has a naughty little sister. Her name is Win Win.

She is 16months and look just like Min Min when she is young.

These 2 little girls are just so adorable.

Win Win loves to snatch things from Min, at times she also will share food with Min.

If Win does not get what she want, she will start to bite Min and the next thing is Win will start crying aloud.

Oh poor Min Min.

Princess Cinderella

Happy 2009! This is a pic of Princess Min taken in Dec 13 at City Hall.
She wanted to dress up as Cindrella and it was very diffcult to make her smile naturally.

Min Min singing....

It has been a while that I have not updated the blog. Min has grown up a lot. She is now 3 years old. Recently she went to Osaka and I had bought some video for the children to watch. She is so hooked to it that she decided to sing this Japanese song while I was recording. Check it out.

Min loves swimming! I can't believe it.
On 29Dec07, we check in to swiss hotel and brought her down to the 8th floor for a dip.

Dec 10, 07 I brought Min to visit my friend and her son Shun.
I am afraid that Min will resist but she behave pretty well.
