Remember this layout that I entered for Laines contest?
I received a call on Thurday to be informed that I am one of the lucky winner.
I was so thrilled, happy and excited to be picked by Donna . Can't believe it.

I adore buttons....

Finally I used the 'button making' tool to make some pretty cute buttons.
Those fabric are bought in Japan 2 years back, I just simple adore and hoarding it.
I didn't get a chance to use it till today.

Very very simple that makes me so happy.
I have no idea what I want to do with it yet.
probably as an accessories for the girls or for scrapbooking.

another crazy button fan is baby K. He know how to pronoun button and love to play with them

My newly bought Crate Paper button. K was more excited than me and requested me to open

up the package. He pour out all the button and try to put it back to the package again.

Look how serious he is playing with the buttons. He crack me up.
This is baby K new hobby , I wonder how long will this interest last him.

Happy Easter Day!

This is the second time we had a Easter celebration for the children.
I bought a basket of eggs from Marks and Spencer and hide all the chocolate
eggs in the 'park'.

It was really hilarious as the kids can see from above where I was hiding.
At the same time I was trying hard to prevent others passer by from taking the eggs away.
One dog almost wanted to pee at one of the eggs.

M was the winner for the egg hunting competition. Here she is showing off
the eggs she collected from her basket.

This is baby K first attempt on the egg hunting game. I guess he loves it so much.
Look at him picking up the eggs happily which we hide just for him. We tried to hide
at open space where he can see it easily.

Here is M showing him where the egg is. Look at the both of them having so much fun!

The egg hunting was a great success. The children wants more and well we shall have more fun in 2012 again.

a challenge at Laines

I get a chance to scrap today.
Well in fact there is a challenge at Laines which is due today.
So I was rushing a little but still it was fun to play my scrap stuff.

The challenge is to scrap something that is inspired by Donna Downey.
I was looking through her blog and loves her painting, flowers and colours.
So I decided to play along these items in the layout.

I used the Zing to embross the stamp image. The stamp is from the Unity Stamp kit.


Another stamp image is the journal. I love the journal so much that I think it blend well with the layout.

It is my first time to use so many Prima flower on this layout. Normally I will only

use one but this time I used three and I even made one on my own. The red striking one

is a handmade flower by me.

When all these are pieces together, tada this is my layout.

I don't think it is gonna win but I am loving the small little

detail and it can be so much better I think.

K at 22 months

can't believe this boy is going to be 2 soon!

and he was making so many funny faces.
This pic did crack me up but well not well taken.

He likes to position the toys in order. One after another. His best friend is Astro,

Woody and Buzz. Still he loves to watch Gabba Gabba and Anpanman

when he is at home.

Another boy's favourite, Thomas the train. Something I still can't comprehend.

why does boys love Thomas? The three girls are not interested but

only K loves it so much. This tracks were bought by K's daddy.

K loves to connect the track and after that he put it one side.

sigh.....lots of cleaning up for us to do.

Well my little K, hope you continue to surprise us with more

words and action. Importantly be a good boy and stop being so mischievous ok?
